Just as youwould avoid staring into any bright light source, we recommendeither closing your eyes or diverting your gaze away from thelights during sessions.
Initially, its advisable to start with shorter sessions at a greaterdistance,graduallyincreasing both the duration and proximityasyou become more accustomed to the light's effects. Caution isadvised when using the NlR spectrum on areas with potentialhyperpigmentation issues, as this could exacerbate the condition.For such areas, we suggest limiting the therapy to red light only.
