30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Test your device at home during a 30-day trial.
  • Not satisfied? Return it within 30 days for a full refund (light signs of normal use are acceptable).
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

1-Year Limited Warranty

  • All FriendRedLight™ devices include a 1-year warranty, covering:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Component or power failures
    • Faulty LEDs
  • Under normal use, we will repair or replace your device at no cost.

International Returns

  • Unopened items: 10% inspection fee
  • Opened or lightly used items: 20% inspection fee
  • Return shipping varies by carrier and location.
  • Inspection fees cover handling, testing, and international logistics.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • All items are quality-checked before shipment.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and provide:
    • Clear photo/video evidence
    • Your order number
